We’re excited and saddened to announce that this will be the final Bernie King and The Guilty Pleasures show at Hell’s Kitchen. Saddened because we’ll no longer have these incredible musicians to grace our stage, but excited for them as well, because the band is moving “home” to New Mexico. We wish them nothing but success and happiness and thank them for the many wonderful shows they’ve put on at Hell’s Kitchen and around the Twin Cities.
Bernie Gibbs King was born in Roswell, New Mexico on Halloween, he’s spent his time mining the lessons of great performers and producing songs that are buffed to a fine sparkle and shine.
Bernie King and the Guilty Pleasures came into being in early 2010 when they put together a group for a local jug band contest. The synergy between members was so natural and right that they decided to keep on making great music as a band. And that's exactly what they did as witnessed by the release of two great albums, 2012’s Bernie King and the Guilty Pleasures and 2014’s Pretty Little Gal.
