The mischievous work of world-renowned Gonzo Artist Ralph Steadman is featured in our Underground Room. This edgy urban space has a full bar and a main area that can quickly be cleared out for a dance floor or additional reception space. The Underground has a full stage with professional lighting, state-of-the-art sound system, and a huge 12-ft drop-down screen.

This Underground Room has 3 distinct areas: your group can take over the entire room, or toward the back brick walls you’ll find two “upper decks” for smaller groups…pull the sheer curtains for a bit more privacy or leave them open to take in the energy of the rest of the room!

Minnesota Room

We can’t wait for your guests to experience our unique and unusual homage to Minnesota that shows off our states wonders, richness, playfulness and curiosities to the rest of the world.

Designed and built by Minnesotans, this elegant room has quirky photographs that enthrall guests, colloquialisms (Uffda! Skol!) explaining our unusual phrases, and even the name of every city, township, and village in our state…all 804! Movable handcrafted glass partitions can configure the room for groups of almost any size.

More intimate semi-private spaces are also available.

The food we carefully prepare for your private event can range from casual breakfast buffets to luncheons, cocktail receptions, passed hors d'ouerves, and beautifully plated dinners.

We want to give you a glimpse into our offerings, from menu favorites all the way to higher end showpieces such as our magnificent cheese board or dessert spreads by local food artisans.

This edgy urban room has a full bar, booths, tables in the main area that can quickly be cleared out for a dance floor, a full stage with professional lighting, state-of-the-art sound system, and a huge 12-ft drop-down screen for presentations.

This Underground Room has 3 distinct areas: your group can take over the entire room, or toward the back brick walls you’ll find two “upper decks” for smaller groups…pull the sheer curtains for a bit more privacy, or leave them open and enjoy the lively energy of the room’s other guests.

More intimate semi-private spaces are also available.

No matter which area of our restaurant your event will take place in, and no matter what time of day your guests will arrive, consider adding our spectacular Brunch After Dark” option that truly turns heads and gets people talking.

The Hell’s Kitchen "Brunch After Dark" option can include our epic Bloody Mary Bar and/or our “Huevos Rancheros Bar” for guests to create their own interactive experience.

Farside Pub

10–50 guests seated; 75 reception-style event

MinnesotaMADE Brews & Spirits are the stars of this Old World Style pub with full bar and food service. Some groups choose to start in the Pub with appetizers and cocktails, then spill into the adjacent Minnesota Room for lunch or dinner.

Others host their entire party within the intimate Pub featuring a horseshoe bar, comfortable booths, a buffet area and hilarious hell-themed illustrations by Gary Larson that keep guests engaged as they mingle through the room.

Corporate Cocktail Hours are especially popular in this “own your own pub” area that also has a large-screen TV for video montages, sports, or PowerPoint presentations.
